You could try some Guppies, Ghost Shrimp, a Betta, or a trio of otocinclus. Just Dont put a betta and guppies together. Some Stocking Ideas:
3-4 Guppies
3-4 Guppies, 2 shrimp
5-6 Shrimp
3 otocinclus
1 betta, 5 shrimp
1 betta, 2 otocinclus
1 betta, 1 otocinclus, 2 ghost shrimp

The otos won't work until it is an established tank and been running for a few months - they need a supply of algae
