10 gal Filter?

I need a filter for my 10gal. What do ya'll suggest.

I need one quiet. And i don't want a lot of water movement but i want it to do the job.

IMO a bio-wheel would do nicely. Of course there is always the bullet-proof standby . . . AquaClears. As a personal preference, I always size the filter the next level up from what the MFR recommends.

We have one 10g with a Penguin mini and another with a Penguin 125. Both seem to work well for us. Ecotank really likes Marineland filters

I am sure other members will recommend ACs.

Yep. I'm gonna have to recommend an AC mini or 150. But a Penguin 125 would work nicely as well.

that you dare ask means that your looking for trouble
the ac 150 is the obvious choice.while you can use a marineland filter,they cause excessive evaporation in tanks that small.i still think the bypass on a hob filter of that design,regardless of manufacturer is unacceptable.just my opinion though
