I have had lots of awesome pieces for at least 10 years now. Do I still need to bleach or boil them to make them safe for my aquarium or can I just secure them to a piece of slate and place them in?
I would clean them first just to be on the safe side. A suggestion that I have heard (but not tried) is to put them in the dishwasher and run them for a cycle (without detergent, of course).
