10g: What should I get and how many?

Hey Everyone, I have a problem in deciding what fish to get for my 10g, It is cycled ( Cousin let me borrow his Leopard Danios for it) , I was thinking about

6 Zebra Danios
2 Tiger Barbs
1 Otto

Im not quite sure if this is overstocked or not though can anybody give me some suggestions

I think that would be a bit crowded. Think the best bet would get rid of the barbs.

I would skip the barbs and make it a bit more interesting with the danios. Danios come in many different colors and will all school together. Go with a mixture of gold, zebra, leopard, blue, and even the pink "glofish" if you can find them. That will make a much more interesting tank. I wouldn't worry about getting an otto at first either.

It wouldn't be crowded with two barbs. However to truly enjoy barbs you should have a nice sized school...maybe at least five or so. In that case far too much for a ten gallon.

Go for the larger school of danios. And maybe small corys for the bottom.
