14G fish tank...what to stock?

Hey guys,

I have a 14G fish tank that I am currently cycling. Trying to decide what kind of fish to stock when the tank is cycled. Any recommendations?

Personally I like tetra's which there are several different varieties of!

So i decided to start with 4 harlequin rasboras, some otos next?
