Well, I've had him for 2 months on August 9th. Started off as a 2.5inch little brat, and now is an almost 5inch brat!

Finally...yippee! *twirlysmi
He's looking good---I love that full-tank shot...really gives a better idea of how big he is as opposed to just looking at a bunch of closeups (I think I need to post some full-tank shots of Triton, lol).

How's his coloring without the flash?
To me it looks like he's a bit lighter than Triton, but Meaty's tank is obviously a lot brighter, and I know you used the flash for those pics...have any non-flash ones? What are the dimensions of the footprint on that tank---36" x 18"?

I could try and get some pics of him without flash, but they ALWAYS come out blurry... The dimensions of the tank are 36" X 18"

Helena the little net was for when I gave Meaty some live mbuna feeders ;)
And yeah, his mouth is pretty much open a little bit all the time...
Thanks for the comments!!!!

Meaty is almost 5", and I gotta ditch them because Oscars are known to swallow them and get them lodged in their throats. I dont even want to risk that. PLUS, they poo alot. :)

Yeah its CRAZY!
When people would say "about 1" a month" in my head that didnt seem like much, but when you actually get to see the fish on a daily basis, its like WOW
