20 G lighting

I'm looking to either buy or build a light setup for a 20 long. I want to use flourescent bulbs but I'm not sure if having 5 24" 18 watt bulbs will create to much heat. The tank is 24" long and 12.5" wide. What lights(any pics) does everyone have on their 10's and 20's.

How are you planning on getting 5 bulbs on the top of that tank? Please explain. I am only able to fit 2 bulbs, maybe 3 on the top of mine, (Which is the same size tank)

I thought I might be able to build my own hood and have the bulbs close together to fit that many on. How do people have such a high watts per gallon if 4 bulbs won't even fit?

Compact lighting, that must be the trick, cause the most I can even imagine getting on a 20 would be 30-45 watts, Unless you set up your own hood with its own ballasts and endcaps, in which case, I could see 5 fitting, but then how do you set up the reflector?
