I just set my tank up. I won't post any pics yet because it's really foggy. Once it starts to clear up i will post some pics. I have 30 pounds of live rock on the way. It should be here mon.or tues. *BOUNCINGS

I changed my live rock around a little. I like it better like this. Its still a little cloudy. I am still waiting for it to finish its cycle so I can get my cuc. *twirlysmi

Thanks, I took my readings this morning and they are as follows: pH-7.9, Ammona-.00ppm, Nitrite-5ppm, and Nitrate 15ppm. I am going to the lfs tom., do you think i could get my cuc? Or should i wait for the nitrite and nitrate to lower?

It's better to wait until both ammonia and nitrites have been at zero for a week. Adding a CUC now could start the ammonia again.

Ok well i was bored today and i was thinking about what i was going to put in the nano. So i was thinking about 1 royal gramma, 2 clownfish, and 1 dwarf flame angel. What do you think? I am not sure about the flame angel though, they are really expensive around here. Feel free to make suggestions or comments.

I don't think an angel will work in that size tank. I think the only type of clowns you could really do would be ocellaris.

Maybe a small goby would work in there.

Yea my other thought was a yellow watchman gobie.

I think those get to like 5", which would be too big for your tank.

Oh i didnt think they got that big! I also thought about a blue damsel, but i have heard the can be pretty aggressive. What do you think?

Oops, apparently they only get to 3". I still think something that size would be too much for your tank, though.
