30 gallon setup (?) free to good home

A friend of mine is looking to give away what he thinks is at least a 30-gallon tank and set up (hanging filter, heater, bubbler, stand). The tank's measurements are 36" long x 12" wide X 24" tall.

He kindly offered it to me but my spouse would not be happy if I added another tank to our home. (I already should be doing a 12-step program for Multi-Tank Syndrome. *BOUNCINGS )

You'd need to pick it up from his home--he lives in Bucks County, PA (across the river from New Jersey, about 30 minutes north of Philadelphia).
