Ok I'm into the 3rd day. It's a 5 gallon tank & I just got my test kit today & the Ammonia level was around 8.0, very high. So should I do a 25 - 50% water change to get the level down.
If that works, should I keep adding ammonia everyday still?
There is not fish to kill so you dont have to do a water change, it will go through the cycle just fine. You can just add a small amount of food each day to keep it going.
