50watt would it be good for smaller tank?

i got a 2 1/2 gallon tank (for brine shirmp hatching) im interstwed in a heater cause waters at like 60F and i will spend the money for it its a 50 watt heater it says used for 10 gallon but would it affect the tank or something i dont think it would but im not sure i have a light for the shrimp but it does not change temputer at all its as close as the light going to get so i dunno what to do other then buy a heater?

hmm i believe they have 25 watt heaters not sure who makes them though, hmm a 50 wouldnt hurt as long as u watch it and stuff. i think thats ur only reall alternative for heating

I saw a small heater at walmart for 2-5 gallon tanks. Dont know anything about itm but it might be what you need

ok i ended up buying one i mesaure it to the bottem just to make sure it would not hit the bottem but it is close
