No, I dont think the 6 rams, 3 keyholes, and 2 convicts would work in that situation, you are bound to get breeding fish and they will become very agressive...
In my oppinion, a 55gal is too small for 2 oscars, but 1 oscar could definatly work in a tank of that size.

i'm tempted to say you'd be set with just the rams and keyholes, both peaceful and pretty IMO. were you planning on adding else to this tank besides cichlids at all?

A pair of acaras and a pair of cons would go in a 55 (4 feet long) but there would be some scrapping. The sevs are a bit too big.
A good rule of thumb is for SA/CA cichlids they need there own body lengh times 8 as a comfortable territory. No other cichlids in that territory.

I think you're set with just the rams and keyholes as cichlid residents if you were to keep all of them.
Alternatively you could keep 2 pairs of both and a single or pair of angels, along with a group of cories and/or tetras so long as filtration was sufficient.

As mentioned already, cons and blue acaras get too scrappy and oscars much too large.
