about 3 weeks ago one of my sunburst platy gave birth to some fry, but all I got to keep was 3 of them now they are about 3 weeks old, and guess what I went downstairs to feed my fish this morning and my Mickey Mouse platy must of gave birth sometime over night or early this morning, because so far I found 6, I didn't think she was ready yet, and she wasnt real big, So I have my (3) 3 week old fry and my news ones together in my breader tank, and I just seen a little bit ago, I have 2 more platy's that are pregnant. I gotta get my 29 set up so I can get them seperated from the horny males ones.

Will it be ok to keep the platy fry in the same place with 3 being a couple weeks older than the ones I just found? *BOUNCINGS

it depends on the size of the fry, i've never bred any livebearers so i dont really know how big they get and how fast. anyway if the new fry are too big to fit into the 3 week old fry's mouth everything should be fine.
