It looks like my daily checking of the classifieds in my local paper is finally paying off- I hope! I would like to know if you all think this is a good deal-

A 65 Gal Aquarium with a heater, "bubbler", filtration system and stand, $150 or best offer.

As long as everything works and isn't too old, this is a good deal, right? It sounds like an amazing deal to me, as the cheapest 55 G I have looked at lately was 300 for the same stuff (though new) but I really don't know. Please give me your opinions, and let me know what questions to ask. I already plan to ask how old it is, if everything works/ there are no leaks, and why they are getting rid of it.

Thanks for the quick reply- I called right away. Here's the catch- it's got 3 large goldfish in it! It's about 3 years old, and he's getting rid of it because he has to move from the house it is in to one room in a friends house. Works fine, has a bubble curtain and 2 filters.

What should I do about the fish? I hadn't really planned on contending with that! I have zero experience with goldies, and I hadn't planned on getting into them any time soon. I guess I'll see if the lfs wants them? I wanted it to be a community tank for my tetras. If I had the space, I'd put the goldies in my 20 G (if they are small enough) but I don't really have room for 3 tanks with fish right now!

Anyway, I'm going to see the tank in a few hours- anything else I should be asking?
