a gourami question.....

I have been interested in Kissing Gourami's for awhile now. I have read that they do this thing that makes it look like 2 of them are kissing, but I'm wondering, is it only the male and female that do it? Or do all Kissing Gouramis do it?

They are not actually kissing...... they're kinda fighting , establishing who is the boss.
I would imagine male and female would both do it but i'm not sure.

its two males who will do it. and they are fighting over territory and dominance like tramca said. i would suggest only one male though. the whole kissing thing sounds like a cool thing to see, but actually it would be a bad situation. think of gouramis like docile bettas (how's that for an oxymoron).
