I'm not into chemistry, so I'm curious whether ammonia, nitrite and nitrate are soluble in water. May be they will form a compound or mixture, anyhow, for an example, will it be more effective in reducing ammonia, nitrite or nitrate by removing partial amount of water from say the bottom level of the tank if it has higher density than water? It sounds like a weird question, but I'm thinking of making my regular water change more practical.

Your weekly water change should accompany your gravel vac, so you'll naturally be taking water from the ottom of the tank. At the levels of concentration present in our aquariums, these compounds are completely dissolved and no where near the saturation point, so they're evenly distributed through the tank.
