So one of the toughest, meanest, coolest fishies of all time bit the dust tonight. He survived complete filter meltdown, one month-long unexpected vacation, the ick outbreak from hell and my intern year.

I'm sad he's dead. Hole-in-the-head disease is a mighty and terrible thing.

Sorry to hear that. I have lost quite a lot of fish myself. Although, mine were from new tank syndrome because I did not know about a fishless cycle. But I have it under control now.
