A yellow cattapillar like creature in my tank!!

Help!! I found a yellow bruggish thingy in my tnak!! it's ugly and gross!! it was etaing my Amazon Sword and i fear it could harm my fish!! Does anyone know what it could be?

I don't have a digi-camera, It's about half an inch long! Fuzzy ookig and looks exactly like a grub or cattapillar
