my science teacher discusts me with his big tank. he has an albino zebra cichlid WITH GOLD FISH *ALL* *ALL* *ALL* an african cichlid with 7 gold fish! how big do they get cause if i can set up a tank for it i will.
Can't some africans be at a temp as low as 72? Anyway I think the whole idea is absurd, even past the temperature problem. I hope he doesn't teach biology.
So how warm is the water in the tank, and how big.
Goldfish do fine in warm water, I've seen them mixed with all sorts of stuff in water in the 80's, and they look great. I hate to say it, but I really wouldn't worry
thats to cold for africans, it think they like it more in the 78-80 range, is he not aggressive toward the goldfish? i bet if he turn the temperature up those goldfish would get a beating.
