Alright i was looking threw my stuff and i found the Tubifex Worms cubes i used for my FW but i was woundering would it be ok to give to my SW untill i get mysis or something

I would not feed tubifex.

ok i mean i know in my FW they love it i just wasn't sure if like the crabs in my tank would eat it up
