i have a 10g tank which i want to get an AC, at the moment i have fry in it with a box filter so i want a power filter. i would get the 100 so that the current is not too strong. later on i want to change it into a zebra diano tank and i knew they like current so i would get the 150. now the thing is which one to buy? i dont want to have to buy another filter for when i get the diano or have the current to strong for the fry. so what should i get?

hey, I have an Ac100 in a 15 (used to be in a 10 gal)... i found that the current was fine for white clouds, i'd turn it up to max for them...
The Ac100 would be fine for the fry at low (maybe stick a sponge or some type of mesh over the intake so you don't suck any in..

I've never used an Ac150, so i can't compare, but in my limited experience, i'd say you'll be fine with 100 for both situations..

Cheers

i had a 150 on my 10gal and it was fine until i put live plants in(too much current)... i'd say the 150 as long as you don't have otr intend to put live plants in.

also, i bought my AQ on line at http://www.thatfishplace.com much cheaper (including shipping) than i would've paid in the store here.
