I have a AC-500 on my 65 gallon tank for about a year now.for the last mounth one side keeps pushing the top off the filtes.its the oppiset side of the motor. any help would be great.
sounds like you have some aftermarket media in the filter that doesn't fit right. OR, you need to replace the AC media/filter. Shoot them an e-mail with your problem at http://www.hagen.com/usa/contact.cfm
