I use it for the back of my tanks !

i think epoxy is better for it, does acrylic paint react with water like chemical leeching? i think most fishtank decorations use epoxy but i could be wrong on that

I would go for epoxy too if I know where to get one.
If acrylic paint is safe, I will be getting those that are used to paint models, as in those car models..... you know, little cars, planes, whatever those things are called.*ALL*

I wouldn't use it inside the tank personally.. the particles that are used to colour the adheasive could be poisenos and kill your fish..

I would use Epoxy.

not sure i would either build a back ground. of paint the out side if done right it could look the same just do the closest stuff first the build backwards last coat being the back back ground ?
