Hey I'm know I've posted lots of questions lately but everyone has been so helpful. Thanks so much :) i'm planing on starting a large tank soon, but I wanted to start small. I have a two gallon hexagon aquarium with a UGF. It contains two African dwarf aquatic frogs. They're about the size of a dime. They're cute, but I'm hoping there might be a fish or two I can add on to this tank. I can't start a new large aqaurium till late July, so i'm hoping maybe i can add a little more to this tank. Would it be safe to add anything to it? and if its okay, does anyone know about fish that would get along with my little frogs (keep the temp of the tank in the mid to high 70's) Thanks so much!!!! You guys have helped me a ton!

Right now I have a pair of white cloud minnows with a ghost shrimp in a one gal UGF tank.  I think they would be compatible with your frogs -  as long as they are not the clawed variety of frog.

Yeah, African clawed and dwarf frogs are known to eat fish they can fit in their mouths. If your frogs are only dimed size, I wouldn't worry about it right now. But they will get bigger, and white clouds are a tasty meal.

Fish -and- frogs might be too much for only 2 gallons. Frogs produce more waste than fish do. If you are going to add two white clouds (the only fish that I would reccomend) to this tank, do a one gallon water change once a week, or 1/2 gallon changes twice a week, making sure to siphon all the uneaten food off the bottom each time. But don't expect to get a miniature community going in only 2 gallons. Get your larger tank as soon as possible, 20 gallons or more would be best.

No, not african dwarf frogs, they wouldn't harm anything, they can barely see you know....

Hmmm...I always thought they were one and the same. Guess I thought wrong. What is the differeance because sometimes I think baby claweds are getting sold as dwarfs in the trade.
