Well, I bought an Albino frog today att he store (1") and put him in my 10g community. Went to read about him online and found out its really not a dwarf, but a 'clawed' frog that gets up to 5" big.

What should I do? Can he last a year in my 10g before I transplant him, return him, or something? Will he harm the fish?

Whatdya think I should do? Anyone have knowledge or experience with these? Let me know. I *am* heading to the LFS though and letting them know they aren't dwarfs, but clawed frogs...

Ive got 2 in one of my tanks with goldfish and the goldfish are much bigger so the frogs dont bother them. I think that your frog would be fine in a year in your current tank, but that will probably be the only thing left, as they are very carnivorus eaters and will litteraly eat or try to eat any thing that they can fit into there mouths.

Unless you can get a bigger tank to house them in i would say you need to take them back. If the LFS gives you crap about it, just tell them its not your fault that you bought an animal there that was different than marked.

Well, I made that decision quite quickly.

I removed the baby clawed frog and placed him, some water, some gravel, and a plant into a 1gal. tank until I can return him tomorrow.

I'll hopefully get my 5 bucks back, or I'll just take credit and get some stuff for me fishies.
