Due to Australian laws that protect the abuse of flaura and fauna, amphibians are unable to be sold here unless you are a registered breeder....or something like that.

My question is, are there any Aussies on the board who know where I might be able to get an African Dwarf Frog in the greater Sydney area? - I have no credit card so don't sugest any online stores.

Hmmm, this probably wouldnt work, but technically an anphibian is something that can get out of water, and as far as I know ADFs stay in the water. So you could say "its not an amphibian" although I doubt that would work at all :)
Just so you know ADF's are not fun at all and just stay in the same spot and really quite boring! Thats not to say they arent cute :) Good luck finding one :)

Well, they may not be very active all the time (they tend to hang out and be lazy most of the day) when they do move it is fun to watch. Mine could outspeed the fastest zebra danio any day ! :p Regardless of how fast they move, they are still adorable. And how cool is it to have a frog in your tank??? Especially when they sit there staring at you with their little beady eyes :)

Sorry, I can't answer the original question tho...go frog hunting??? ;)
