after ick

Ok Ive got a 29 gal tank with 2 loachs and some of the fish have ick (ofcorse its one of my favorites rummy nose tetra) well yesterday i put in the tablets (1 and a half cause i have scalless fish the usual dose is a tab per 10 gal) any ways after i see no more white spots do i need to continue the dosiege?

You don't usually need to treat for secondary infections with a bacteriacide/fungicide, unless the ich was very bad and caused skin damage. If you caught the ich while there were only a few spots on each fish, you should be OK. Of course, you should do a water change after the meds are finished, and add carbon if you use it. :)

I got into a lot of trouble when I didn't complete the full course of medication for ick. (Ya would think I would know better, given my job...) A simple ick infection ended up getting very prolonged and was complicated by a case of fin rot on one of my tiger barbs. Of course, my loaches died.

Frequent water changes will also help suck any spores out of the tank and help with any mini-cycle the meds may have induced.
