hi i was thinking of putting aggresive fish (as in feeding feeder fish to them) in my 29 gallon tank i got last week could anny of you make a suggestion or should i just go community.
Most any fish that needs to be fed live feeder fish will not fit comfortably in a 29 long term. I would suggest going with a community type setup. If you want to try a species setup with a smaller cichlid you can sometimes feed them small live things like ghost shrimp.
I must step in and say that Convicts and Jewels probably will not acctually eat the feeders....but just kill them. Possibly pick at the corpses but not acctually eat the fish.
Like froggy said most fish that will acctually eat feeders as in swallow hole...will not fit in a 29gal.
oh ok but there still cool i was just wondering. i like them now they are pretty! lol how manny do you think would be good in that tank if i did get jewles
