Agressive...?

Are blue gouramis agressive? At my LFS they have a sign saying they are above a tank with them in it however they have another tank with them in it but they dont have a sign. I have had 2 of them before and they didnt seem agressive but i wanted to make sure.

They are semi-aggressive. They aren't totally aggressive.

Well they can get over 5", which really makes them borderline in a 20g. Since you already have a borderline fish in there, the angel, I wouldn't keep them both in that small of a tank together - You're likely to see aggression.

Blue gouramis are generally peaceful until they start feeling crowded, or are around other gouramis.

I tend to agree with Mike.
Gourami are quite peaceful but thy are territorial and can be a little aggressive if they feel threatened or their space keeps getting invaded by other fish.....They need their space.
