LOL I got testing stuff for my 45g and I scared myself when I saw the results... Nitrate is 5.0 Nitrite is 5.0 :| I have no idea what that means though... Does that mean I need to add stuff to lower levels or should I leave it alone because its still cycling?? What do I do???

Okay I wont add anything. The water turning purple in the test tube just scared me. lol There are fish in there but I will leave it alone. I got bio spira for my 10g tank and I'm gonna add a betta is that okay?

I got bio spira for my 10g and I have 2 african dwarf frogs, a betta and 4 neon tetras. I did a 50% water change on my 45g and I'm going to wait a little bit and then test again.

Well the fact that you have Nitrate shows your cycle is proceeding well. You need to keep the Nitrite down below 5ppm though as thats a dangerous level.Try to keep it to 2.5-3ppm or under if you can.
I would think it won't be much longer before the cycles finished.
