Albino Cats Blind?

I have noticed some weird behavior in my albino catfish. I have 4 of them and they go crazy in the evening - swimming back and forth along the front of the tank. Usually it's 3 of them doing this and most of the time they crash into each other head on! They even crash into other fish that are swimming by. Can they see? I'm starting to wonder if they can't see since they crash into each other. Has anyone else seen this behavior?

Don't say that! They look healthy, I've only had 2 of them about a week and the other 2 for about 2 weeks. They only go crazy in the evening, the rest of the time they are busy looking for food.

hmm well i had mine for that long then they died lol, ive NEVER had luck with albino fish tho...

Most fish are far sighted, they have trouble seeing things closer than 4-5"

If they're moving around erratically, and swimming very quickly, it's quite common that they bump into stuff (including each other).

I have 3 albino cory cats and they do that too. They are fine though, I've had them for about 6 months.
