Albino channel cats

Can albino channel cats get along with oscars ???

Its possible yes. Since they do get BIG. Bigger than most home aquariums can support. You getting one? What size tank do you have? Just serch for channel cat. An albino is just a color variation is it not?

i have 2 in my pond. they get huge. it is possible if you have a huge tank. they eat anything and everything, so if you have anything smaller than it it will be eaten. the real problem is they get huge and don't like being the only channel cat in the tank, so you would need at least 2. or so i've heard. you might be able to get away with 1. they nip fins. as CM said, you better have a big tank, and do a google search for them, you find all the info you need.

Well i have 2 right now with my 2 oscars an a jack in a 100 gallon tank
will this be ok for them ?

yeah they might be ok. they are a pretty hardy, cool fish.

im not sure what to feed them though right now the websites say alot of live an dead fish an bottom junk

catfish pellets, clean worms, crickets, bugs, trout feed, deli meat, and they will even eat cat food (cat the mammal). they will eat basically anything edible you give them.

huge fish, but if you have a LARGE pond you can keep them.....the best part is the ability to fish them out and fry those suckers up! very good eating

That 100gal is overstocked.......or will become so when everyone gets larger.
