albino claw frog/blisters HELP!!

hey there....I have an albino frog.....He seems to have a problem with one of his hind legs. He has lost some use of it and it seems to have "blisters" (looks like water blisters) on his hip leg and foot...has anyone ever seen anything like this, and if so, what can I do about it......thanks for any information
