Albino cory fry?

What exactly is the definition of an albino cory? Do they even exist? Are they totally white or just whiter than normal?

I have a fry that always seems to be whiter than the others. He isn't totally white but still has the "peppered cory" markings. Could he be albino? Or does he have some other weird problem...?

Albino is basically a creature without color pigments. I believe all cory species can be albino. The one you have sounds like he's just pale, or possibly sick.

He could end up being Albino. I have the Albino version of your fully grown corys, and they are a whitey-pink color, more white, and they have red eyes. The Albino corys that you would see at pet store are done through selective breeding. Probablt doesn't help any, but just though I should put some info in.

Ok. He's not albino. He regained some of his color but it looks like he's got the "dropsy" thing that the big guy had. I doubt I can cure him. He's got his mouth way open like the other guy. What should I do with him? Finfin food?

I woudn't recommend feeding a sick fish to another (if that's what you're suggesting).

I'm squeamish about euthanizing my fish, but I'd be worried about him/her infecting others. Maybe move it to another tank/container until it passes if you can't euthanize it.

That's what I'm planning to do. I found another one that might have the same problem. I'll put him/them in the bowl I used before when I get home later tonight.

Just wanted to conclude this thread. It is not albino. For some reason sometimes random ones turn white. Out of the 12 I have left now, one still looks whitish but it's probably because it will die soon. Thanks for the input though.
