first i have a 29 gallon tank. I have 10 balloon mollies, a african drawf frog and a snail. I am thinking of getting a algae eater or another snail. I prefer to have the algae eater because i know that snails seem to multilply rapidly. Do i have enough room or is the one snail enough.

Hello; A lot will depend on what kind of fish you have in mind as an algae eater. The chinese algae eater often sold in fish stores will get to a good size and will become aggressive to other tank mates. They also do not feed on algae that well especially as they grow.
The same thing applies to the kind of snail you have and what you plan to get. Ther are many kinds of snails available.
Yes you can have an algae eater and another snail in a 29 gallon.

Do you have algae? If your tank isn't generating enough algae on its own you may have to supplement the diet of algae eaters. And if you have a lot of algae growing, it is often an indication that you have too much light or nitrates....

I don't know much about the frog in your tank, so you'd have to run this my someone more knowledgeable, however Otos (Otocinclus) might not be a bad idea. They're small, and they stay small... They are peaceful (this is where the frog might be a problem if it's aggressive) and they do a pretty good job with algae. If you do consider getting otos, keep in mind the do better in a group of 3 or more.
