Hi all, hope you all had a great Xmas and new year being Scottish you just know i did but enough of that. i have had an outbreak of green algae not severe as of yet but as you can imagine i want to nip it in the bud. My question is do hermits and turbo snails remove the dreaded stuff if so i will get some more tomorrow i have a 50 gallon tank all the levels read fine at present i do not have that may fish x2 damsels and x1 mandarin. I have reduced the light period from x10 hrs to x 8 hrs to try and starve it out but to no avail. Suggestions would be greatly appreciated :confused
