All I got is, "Help please!"

I'm seriously worried about my neons. A couple of days ago I noticed one of them had a colorless stripe going down the side of his body, not from head to tail, from top of body, to the bottom of it, making everything in its path a pale off-grey. I thought nothing of it, but now, a couple more of them have similar patches, not completely colorless, but a little, getting there. And now I've noticed that most of them, are swimming with their "noses" pointed down, not when they're swimming downward, but I mean when they're just swimming straight, it's as if they cant pull it up.

Do they have a disease? Mabye NTD? I don't know much about NTD though, can someone please help me? If I can get a picture of the ones with colorless patches, I'll post it, I need new batteries for the camera though.

Thank you for at least taking the time to read this.

Hey, can bettas get NTD? Because, the only other tank I have for the infected neon tetra, is a betta tank, and I've already taken her betta out of the tank once to put my sick molly in it, and my sister won't go for doing it again for a neon tetra, and I know that bettas and neons can go together, so if bettas can't get NTD, then I'll move it to the betta tank, so the others don't get infected, so can bettas get NTD?
