I've seen eggs in most shrimp (ghost, yellow, amano) that I've had, but have never seen any signs of babies....
Its very common for them to be loaded with eggs...if you look in most fish stores probably 30% of them will appear to have eggs in their carapace.
If you REALLY wanna try to make a go at getting them hatch then throwing it into one of those isolation nets might be a good idea
