Amano shrimp

Ive already posted this topic before, but i only got one answer. I have 2 "algae eating shrimp" what i think are amano, and all they ever do is hide under a rock. I can see them under the rock, but i have never seen them out before. Ive had them about 3 weeks. I think they molted right when i got them. I got them to get rid of some hair algae, but haven't noticed anything. pH 7.0 Nitrite 0 Nitrate (not sure but ive had it tested and it is good) ammonia 0. Im not sure about hardness. The temp is about 25 C, i think like 76 F. Please respond. Thanks.

maybe they are dead. Or nocturnal.
Do a search on the species and see how they live.

they're alive because i can see them moving under the rock. they just won't come out.

My shrimp like to always hide. I do always see them in the 29 in the Sag jungle.

Our ghost shrimp always used to hide under rocks. When we added more light to the tank and moved some things around, they came out. We see them in the plants mostly, although sometimes on the gravel.

my ghost shrimp are usually hanging around plants but sometimes when you dont look, they come out of their hiding places to forage for food that are caught in the gravel!
