amazing deals @ tropfish.com 2 good 2 be true?

I was searching the web lately and I found this tropfish.com which has crazy low prices.  It seems like the ultimate deal which makes me a bit skeptical.  Anyway I would appreciate if anyone who has bought from there to give me a little advice on:

1. are the fish quality
2. do the fish survive
3. are there any hidden costs
4. how do you get your biofilter(s) to be able to cope w/ the sudden increase in fish numbers

Did you read the FAQ section ?
there's a 100$ minimum order and looks like extreme delivery prices

Yea I read it but I plan on buying at least $100 in fish anyway and w/ the low prices, I can still save money w/ the shipping so that part doesn't really bother me.  Am I going about this in the wrong way?
