wat would the average tank size for 1 or 2 be? if me and my family move to colorado i can get any tank i want *BOUNCINGS *BOUNCINGS ! so wat would i need to house these beauties?

http://home.messiah.edu/~dw1178/pufferlist.htm is a good source for puffer info. it says that these guys grow to 3inches and need a minimum tank size of 15g.
