Ammonia Test Strips

I just got a great deal on "Aqualab Toxic Ammonia Test Strips" on ebay, problem is a have a freshwater tank and did not realize these state "salt water", what do you think? Can I use them? I am cycling a new tank and thought it would be an easy way to watch the ammonia.

Well...if its comprable to a test kit, my ammonia test kit is one in the same for fresh/salt water. I noticed this because mine has both salt/fresh water color keys in the box. Sorry not sure if that helps or not.
