I just found a large clump on my gold severum coming out of her anus.(sorry) It is hard and a pink color. She is not eating I found it while giving her blood worms her favorite, I tried to give her frozen peas and she wasn't interested. She brushed along a rock and it just moved didn't disapate. Can anyone help me?

Tested all water condition and they are all normal, nothing out of range.
The tank has been set up for 2 years. The other fish are acting normally, electric yellow,pleco.
