Anemone Stuck.. HELP!!

My carpet anemone is stuck in my flow jet. I think that he still might be alive since Half of his body is sticking out from the bottom of the flow jet and if poof "E'. I turned off the jet but how can I get him out with out damaging him more then he maybe???

I would let him try to remove him self, or gently hand the powerhead upside down under water and try to shake him loose, I would also add iodine, it will help him heal...if its not already dead.

Thanks. I tried lightly shaking him but it did'nt work. He still seem to be alive but I haven't been able to get him out completely, yet.. Im worried about having him tear if I do to much with him. Plus he is poisons so that limits me from using my hands...
Is there a certain" band" for the iodine that I should get?

any Salt water specific iodine should work fine.

My anemone has falling out of my flow jet and seems to have a little damage to him. Not allot, but enough that I can see a small peice that got torn. I will get a test for the iodine and then see if I can add it to the tank to help the anemone....
