hi guys!........
what/how do you feed anemones? will they eat flake food?

They will draw food from the water column but flake should not be your method of feeding them. Most require high light as most are photosythetic. This should be supplemented with meaty foods such as silversides, lancetfish, or krill every couple of weeks or so. I feed mine a silverside every other week and they get targeted some mysis squirted their way every week
