I just purchased a condylactis anenome or however you spell it.  does anyone know anything about these?  About lighting I should leave lights on for 10-12 hours right or all the time?  it is my first anenome so any suggestions would be helpful
thanks so much

First of all....what is you size tank?Lighting?dimensions?Other inhabitants? How long has it been set up?

I understand that anemones need about 5-6 wpg to be healthy.....and they also need a established tank.It will need to be fed bbs portions and also some commercial product for anemone growth while also for a food source.

I have been doing some light reading on anemones so when i try to set up my mini reef (this will probably never happen) i could add an anemone. :)

Also they do need an amount of current. You should get a sponge to cover your filter intake bc they will get sucked up.

Just a not: A happy anemone is one that doesn't move around the tank alot, an unhappy one does
