Angel with "puffy cheeks"

I have three angel fishes in a 75 gallon tank. One of our angles recently seems to have, well for lack of a better term, puffy cheeks.

What illness does he have? And how do we treat it?

BTW-- How can I tell if he is a he or a she? I am trying to figure out if we got any pairs going on, so I can get mate for the odd fish out. Two are always hanging out together, so I am thinking they are a pair but would like to be sure.

well sorry i don't know what the puffycheek is but there isn't a way im aware of to sex angelfish, you will only know when they actually mate

The angelfish will know the difference in sexes. As to "puffy cheeks", I am at a loss as well.
