Angelfish in bad condition

My big one (the one in the picture) isn't doing to good though He was swimming at the bottom all morning with clamped fins no other symptoms but loss of appetite. Only thing I could find on that was Velvet or Ick so we bought Copper-Safe that treats both but after we put the dose in he being doing worse. I think his swim bladder isn't working right because he sits at the top of the water with his head tilted to the surface. Any ideas anyone? Other two smaller Angelfish are perfectly fine.

The first thing that comes to my mind is something internally. There's nothing wrong with the oxygen levels because it would effect all the Angels. May be a protozoa of some sort? Look into to those and see if it could be the case.

Thanks for the answer but things took a big turn for the worse. He lost all control of his swim bladder, we're expecting to lose him overnight. Is there anything I can do to take preventive measures to help the disease from spreading in the tank to the other two Angels?

To our surprise our big angelfish is still alive, but still doing horribly. All he does is lie at the bottom of the tank breathing either upside down or on his side. Still no other symptoms but loss of appetite. Any Ideas?
