Angelfish with big upper lip

My angel fish now looks like its been getting those lip injections that the high fashion models and actresses get. It's upper lip is getting bigger and bigger but the fish doesn't appear to look ill or act funny. It eats ok. Has anyone ever heard of this. I highly doubt my Angel is changing careers or into inhanced beauty without my knowlege. Any suggestions?

I ended up looking up some more info on this and it turns out it is indeed a fungal infection. I noticed also now that some of the other fish has tear like apprearances in their fins and are sluggish and staying near the bottom.

I added a fungus fizz tablet, took out the carbon and now the water is a pretty shade of green. The fish seem a little perkier today. Hope it works.
