One of my female yellow labs is holding either eggs or fry!!
Also my angels spawned today. I think there are about 100 eggs if not more. You can see pics here: http://photobucket.com/albums/v355/FishMan10005/Angels spawning/

Question- As theywere laying eggs, they passed eggs that had already been layed, and those eggs fell off the filter intake. Why is this? Was it because they didnt clean it well enough for them to stick? There are still a bunch there.

First batch of generally lost in most of the cichlids. This is most probably due to inexperience and if the spawn site isn't clean enough, eggs may get affected by fungus and most probably eaten by their parents.
But dont worry buddy generally cichlids make pair for a life. So as they go on they'll hv successful fry!
Congrats! Enjoy the ultimate reward in fish keeping!
